INTRODUCTION

The Court must determine whether to hold the respondent in contempt of court for allegedly failing to provide discovery responses, thereby violating an order of the Court. The Court holds that the respondent has exhibited a reasonable and diligent effort to respond when viewed against the backdrop of applicable discovery rules.
