Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Madison County, rendered March 4, 1976, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree and two counts of the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree. Of the many grounds for reversal urged, only those concerning corroboration of accomplice testimony and the adequacy of the indictment warrant discussion.
