The county collector of Pike county applied for judgment and order of sale against property of the Wabash Railway Company for delinquent school tax alleged to be due from appellant. The sum of $882.86 was levied as school taxes against appellant for district No. 157. The railway company objected to judgment and order of sale on the ground that the tax was illegal and void.
