Cross appeals from that part of an order of the Supreme Court (Klein, J.), entered October 27, 1988 in Ulster *1015County, which (1) denied the motion of defendants and third-party plaintiffs for partial summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and (2) denied the cross motion of third-party defendant for summary judgment dismissing the third-party complaint.
