Ruth Harris, an adult female residing in Drew County, Arkansas, was, on March 5, 1923, adjudged by the probate court to be a person of unsound mind, unable to conduct her own business affairs, and Guy Stephenson was appointed by said court as the guardian of her estate. On April 25, 1923, the Drew Probate Court adjudged, from testimony of physicians adduced before it, that it was best for tlie physical and mental welfare of Ruth Harris that she be placed in .a sanatorium kept for the treatment of mental diseases, and, pursuant to that order, she was taken to a sanatorium in Cincinnati, Ohio,…
