Appellee and real party in interest, O’Connor & Hewitt, Ltd., (“O’Connor”) brought a lawsuit against appellants and relators, Houston Pipe Line Company L.P., Energy Transfer Equity, L.P., Energy Transfer Partners, L.P., and La Grange Acquisition, L.P.
