RILEY, Circuit Judge.

In a superceding indictment, the government charged Marcus Ian St. James (St. James) with one count of conspiring to distribute methamphetamine and ecstasy and with one count of aiding and abetting in the possession with intent to distribute ecstasy. A jury convicted St. James of conspiracy to distribute ecstasy, but not methamphetamine, and of aiding and abetting possession of ecstasy with intent to distribute.
