The Law Division entered judgment dismissing the plaintiff’s complaint and the intervening defendants’ coxmterclaim and cross-claim. Thereafter the plaintiff appealed and the intervening defendants cross-appealed to the Appellate Division. We certified before argument in the Appellate Division.
