The appellant Michel instituted suit against the appellee, Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company, alleging that his discharge from employment by the appellee was an unjustified breach of an employment contract entered into by him with the railroad through his representative, the Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station employees.
