I. Introduction
Before the court is the pro se defendant’s motion, by way of letter, to dismiss the case for lack of personal jurisdiction. Alternatively, she seeks transfer of the case to Houston, Texas, where she resides. Plaintiff opposes the motion to dismiss, alleging that there are sufficient minimum contacts for the court to exercise personal jurisdiction over Defendant.
