MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS FOR IMPROPER VENUE

This is an adversary proceeding in which the Chapter 7 Trustee, Christopher J. Redmond (hereafter “Trustee”) seeks to recover a prepetition transfer of $7,794.38, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 547, 548, and 550.
