— In an action, inter alla, to recover damages for breach of a restrictive covenant in a contract of employment, defendants Sanolite Chemical Corp. and Norman Lubin appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Kartell, J.), dated June 2, 1982, which, inter alia, denied their motion for a protective order seeking to prevent the production at an examination before trial of certain documents demanded by the plaintiff.
