Charles Wynn, charged with attempted robbery with a deadly weapon and burglary of a dwelling with an assault or battery, seeks a writ of prohibition from this court. Wynn alleges that after his case was called to trial and the jury seated and sworn on January 9, 1995, the state provided supplemental discovery and a supplemental witness list naming Richard Slawinski, an inmate at the Brevard County Jail, as the recipient of three incriminating statements allegedly uttered by Wynn.
