This case was filed in the Circuit Court of Choctaw County, Alabama, on January 17, 2014, and removed to this Court by Defendant Parker Towing Company, Inc. (“Parker”), on February 19, 2014. (See generally Doc. 1.) On March 14, 2014, Plaintiffs timely moved to remand. See (Doc. 8); 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c).
