The facts specially found in this case were that Joel Long died testate, August 25, 1887, the owner in fee simple of lands in Kosciusko county of the value of $13,500, and personal property of the value of $3,002; that his widow and five children survived him; that by his will he devised all of said lands to his wife during her life, subject to certain support to certain of his children, and an interest in the products to his son, Elisha, and the personal estate was bequeathed to the widow and said son in trust for the management of the lands and the payment of the debts of the testator; that…
