At the trial of an action to recover damages for injuries received in an automobile collision, a carbon copy of a typewritten statement, to the effect that appellees did not cause the accident, was read in evidence over appellant’s objection and was later sent out with the jury. It had been dictated in appellant’s presence by an insurance agent to his stenographer, who made from the dictation an original and six duplicates in one mechanical operation.
