Riley Wilson worked as an admissions representative for Career Education Corporation (CEC), recruiting students to enroll in CEC’s culinary arts college. Until February 2011, Wilson and his fellow admissions * representatives worked under a contract (called the Plan) that gave them a bonus for each student they recruited, above a definite threshold, who either completed a full course or a year of study.
