Plaintiffs' son, James Woodruff, age nineteen (19), died of injuries received when the car in which he was riding as a guest passenger collided with that of defendant in the intersection of Arkansas and Church Streets in the Town of Springhill, Louisiana. The accident occurred about the hour of 9:30 P.M. The car in which decedent was riding when injured was being operated by a young man named Oscar Collins.
