In this case a complaint was made before a magistrate who issued his warrant, ordering a search to be made in a certain dwelling-house, therein described in the day-time, for certain liquors therein specified. The officer had made search and found certain barrels and a keg of liquor, which he describes particularly in his return, all of the value of $224.
