for the Court:
¶ 1. This interlocutory appeal arose from a law suit by Mautrice Vaughn’s estate and wrongful-death beneficiaries against The Service Companies Inc., (“FSS”), following Vaughn’s fatal heart attack at work. Vaughn’s estate and wrongful-death beneficiaries (“the plaintiffs”) brought suit for false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
