The bill in this case was filed on July 6, 1907, by the plaintiff, Judson H. Hewitt, against the delendant, Mary O. Hewitt, a lunatic, alleging that he is entitled to an undivided moiety in the leasehold interest in certain property situated on the east side of Carrollton avenue, consisting of a dwelling- and lot 13x42 feet, subject to a yearly ground rent of $20, and that the defendant is entitled to the other undivided moiety.
