¶ 1 Defendants/Appellants Richard L. Wolfe and Linda S. Wolfe, husband and wife (the Wolfes) appeal the trial court's "Court Order Denying [the Wolfes'] Objection to Commissioners' Award," filed on June 15, 2010. Plaintiff/Appellee State of Oklahoma ex rel. Department of Transportation (DOT) condemned a portion of the Wolfes' property (the Wolfes' Property), rendering it landlocked.
