This suit was brought in January, 1905, by Medora, Emily M. and Clara Hunter against the Sanitary District of Chicago to recover damages for the injury caused to their lands by the waters of said Sanitary District. The lands involved in the declaration were : the west half of the northeast quarter of section 15; the east half of the northwest quarter of section 15, in township 28 north, and of range 3 west of the third P.
