This is a wrongful death claim brought by the ad-, ministratrix of the decedents estate, his mother, alleging negligence by the Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities (DMHDD) at its Zeller Mental Health Center which allegedly caused or negligently permitted the suicide of the decedent, Troi Hefti, a 17-year-old patient at the time of his death on June 24, 1987.
