Appellant is a member of an old and respectable family in Louisville, Ky. He received from bis father’s estate a considerable fortune. Appellee is an estimable lady of good parentage. After their marriage they resided in Louisville, and moved in what is known as the better circle of .society. The income from the estate left to appellant was amply sufficient to support them comfortably.
