Clover Cable of Ohio, Inc., a foreign corporation, is asserting contractual, quasi-contractual, tort, and equitable claims against other foreign corporations and a nonresident individual. Plaintiff predicates its claims on the allegation that under an oral agreement, plaintiff acted as a sub-subcontractor on a construction project.
