This ease stems from a dispute between Greg and Susan Rosen (“Plaintiffs”) and Steve Nations (“Defendant”) over the location of the boundary line between their respective tracts of land. Plaintiffs’ suit asked that Defendant be enjoined from using land to which they have record title. Additionally, their suit sounded in ejectment and sought damages based on trespass theory.
