TEITELMAN, Judge.

Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission (MHTC), the Exceptor in the underlying action, appeals from the judgment entered in the Circuit Court of Marion County in favor of the Fabius River Drainage District on the District’s read justment of benefits for property owned by MHTC. 1 We affirm.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
