CUTRER, Judge.

This suit arises out of a motor vehicle collision involving an automobile being driven by plaintiff, Mrs. Dorotha Mc-Croskey, and one driven by John D. Branch and owned by his father, J. H. Branch.

The trial court rendered judgment in favor of plaintiff, Mrs. McCroskey, in the amount of $2,500 for personal injuries and in favor of her husband, Kenneth R. Mc-Croskey in the amount of $330.00 for special damages. Defendant prosecutes this appeal and maintains that the trial court erred in its conclusion that the point of collision was in Mrs. McCroskey’s lane of traffic. De*9fendant…
