The appellant, Norris Rader, of Morgan City, Louisiana, as a beneficiary under a testamentary trust, filed his bill in the circuit court of Cook county praying for the appointment of a trustee to succeed a previous trustee who had died, and for an order authorizing the trustee, when appointed, to sell a portion of the trust property, consisting of an undivided one-eighth interest in a six-flat building in Chicago.
