This is an action in contract to recover on a note. The answer is general denial and payment.
At the trial there was evidence to show the following:
On June 3, 1955 Russell H. McDermott, James C. Harrington, Francis K. Monarski, Paul P. Kirkonian, and Raymond Ennis, as trustees of the Beaver Brook Recreational Trust, executed a mortgage to plaintiff in the amount of $25,000. On the same day the above named, as trustees aforesaid, also as individuals, together with Charles M.
