This action was brought by appellant in her own name for the benefit of the members of an unincorporated church society, of which she claimed to be the treasurer, to recover upon two certificates issued by The Sumner County Building & Loan Association. The building association disclaims any interest in the controversy and holds the fund by order of the court pending the action.
