Plaintiffs in the instant case, Velle Transcendental Research Association, Inc., a nonprofit corporation (hereinafter referred to as Velle), and Richard M. Brayton, the president of said corporation, filed a complaint against Esquire, Inc., alleging libel arising out of an article published in the November, 1971, issue of Esquire Magazine. Richard Brayton further brings this action on behalf of all other persons similarly situated in Velle. Pursuant to defendant’s motion heard December 26,1972, the trial court dismissed the complaint.
