OPINION AND ORDER
DOUMAR, District Judge.
Presently before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion to Remand. For the reasons set forth herein, the Court DENIES Plaintiffs Motion to Remand and DENIES Defendant’s Cross-Motion for Leave to Amend its Notice of Removal as moot.
I. Factual and Procedural Background
