Upon motions for rehearing and for clarification, we withdraw our prior opinion and substitute the following as the opinion of the court.

Kelley Oglesby-Dorminey and Violet Crawford appeal the final judgment entered against them in suits they brought for personal injuries they attributed to an accident at Lucy Ho’s Restaurant (Lucy Ho’s).
