MEMORANDUM OPINION
KOLLAR-KOTELLY, District Judge.
Due to the unusual circumstances of this case, which revolves around Defendant’s alleged violation of the terms of his supervised release with less than one (1) month left in his release period, the Court is presented with three questions of first impression within this jurisdiction.
