This is a breach of contract action arising from an agreement between the parties in regard to financing mobile homes. Plaintiff is a lending institution and Defendant appears to be engaged in the business of providing various services in regard to loans on mobile homes. Plaintiff brought the action alleging Defendant breached the agreement between the parties by failing to provide services pursuant to same.
