MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER OF THE COURT

GIGNOUX, Chief Judge.

Plaintiffs in these three actions have brought suit against various manufacturers and suppliers cf asbestos-containing products for injuries allegedly sustained from exposure to their products while employed at Bath Iron Works (BIW), a privately-owned shipyard in Bath, Maine. Plaintiffs seek recovery of compensatory and punitive damages on theories of negligence, breach of warranty, and strict liability. Jurisdiction is predicated on diversity of citizenship. 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a).
