Defendant appeals by right his conviction of felony murder. MCL 750.316(1)(b). Defendant ar gues on appeal that he was denied a fair trial by the admission into evidence of numerous statements made by the victim in the weeks before her death. Because we find defendant’s Confrontation Clause rights, US Const, Am VI, were not violated, and, because most of defendant’s other evidentiary arguments were not preserved by specific objection below, we conclude plain error warranting reversal did not occur.
