DECISION AND ORDER
WARREN, District Judge.
The plaintiff, Gensplit Finance Corporation (“Gensplit”), has filed a motion to remand this action to the Circuit Court of Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, from which it was removed on June 11, 1985, by the defendant, Foreign Credit Insurance Association (“FCIA”). FCIA not only opposes Gensplit’s motion to remand but has filed its own motion to transfer this case to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
