I. The plaintiff was injured on August 10, 1919, as a result of a runaway of his team, caused by a defective bridge which he was crossing. The plaintiff alleged that the bridge hi question was, at the time of its construction, a county bridge, within the meaning of the law, and he introduced evidence tending to support such allegation. Such evidence tended to- show that the bridge was constructed about 20 or 25 years ago.
