—In proceedings for an upward modification of child support, the petitioner mother appeals from an order of the Family Court, Putnam County (Braatz, J.), entered August 18, 1992, which denied her objections to an order of the same court (Winslow, H.E.), entered *396July 6, 1992, which dismissed the petitions without prejudice, "as defective”.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, without costs or disbursements, the objections are sustained, the petitions are reinstated, and the matter is remitted to the Family Court, Putnam County,…
