OPINION AND ORDER
CANCIO, Chief Judge.
This case is before the Court on the motion of defendants to vacate the judgment entered in favor of plaintiff, First National City Bank (hereinafter City Bank), and other related motions. City Bank initiated this mortgage foreclosure action to recover amounts due under a bearer mortgage note payable on demand for the principal sum of $175,000.-00 delivered in pledge by Antonio Gonzalez to City Bank.
