In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to review a determination of the respondent Town of Clarkstown Building Inspector dated July 5, 2002, granting a building permit authorizing the construction of a single-family home by the respondents Brian Bordas and Christine Bordas, and to enjoin the respondents Brian Bordas and Christine Bordas from *998continuing construction on the subject property, the petitioners appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Kelly, J.), dated August 16, 2002, which denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.
