— The requests for findings of fact and conclusions of law presented by counsel cover every phase of this case. They are entirely sufficient, and when they are affirmatively answered, we have adopted them as our findings of fact and conclusions of law by orders endorsed on the same. The bill was filed asking the assistance of the court in compelling Ralph F. Relly and his wife, Ruth E.
