¶ 1. Sylvia A. Shovers (Sylvia) appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment to her son Gary D. Shovers (Gary), on the ground that she lacked standing in her action seeking a declaratory judgment that her husband, Harold Shovers, died owning fifty shares of Sorefs Carpet City, Inc. (Sorefs).
