CANDICE CO. INC. v. Ricketts

The plaintiff, Candice Company, filed a complaint against the defendants to foreclose a mechanics lien it claimed against property at 1033 Marshall Avenue in Bellwood. Pursuant to the defendants’ motion to dismiss, the judge dismissed all counts of the plaintiff’s complaint with prejudice.
