WILLIAMS, Judge.

This military pay case comes before the Court on the parties’ cross-motions for judgment on the Administrative Record (“AR”), Plaintiff, Matthew Ward, was medically discharged from the Army as . being unfit for duty due to severe gastroesophageal reflux and was not awarded disability benefits.
