PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
Pending before this Court is plaintiff Muthu Narayanan's motion to compel defendant Sutherland Global Holdings, Inc. ("Sutherland") to produce documents as to which it has asserted attorney-client privilege.1 (Docket # 45). First, Narayanan seeks unredacted preliminary and final versions of a report prepared for Sutherland by Freed Maxick CPAs, P.C. ("Freed Maxick"), a consulting and accounting firm.
