The City of Milford appeals in this court from an order of the Circuit Court of Iroquois County which affirmed the order of the Illinois Commerce Commission abolishing the railroad crossing at Hickory Street in the City of Milford. The City of Milford brought the action pursuant to section 68 of the Illinois Public Utilities Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 111 2/3, par. 72).
